La Corporation au bénéfice du développement communautaire (CBDC) Restigouche admet respectueusement que le projet Optez pour le talent a vu le jour en Mi’kma’ki, le territoire ancestral et non cédé de la nation Mi’kmaq. Nous reconnaissons également les peuples Wolastoqey et Peskotomuhkati comme les gardiens passés, présents et futurs de ces terres. Ce territoire est couvert par les traités de paix et d’amitié, toujours en vigueur aujourd’hui. Bien qu’élaboré sur ces terres, le projet Optez pour le talent s’étend sur les territoires de divers peuples autochtones de l’Île de la Tortue.
