Mission: “Connecting people to their communities in meaningful ways”. A service alternative that facilitates opportunities for adults living with a disability to create healthy lasting relationships and a good life for themselves. We also hope to support people to maximize their self-determination and self-confidence while being seen as the contributing citizens that they are.
